Family Law Solicitor Consultant Vacancy
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Family Law Solicitor Consultant (England & Wales qualified) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience to join our growing firm on a fee-sharing basis. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced consultant solicitor who is confident managing their caseload, developing new business, and delivering high-quality family law services, including divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act Section 8 matters.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a full caseload of Family Law matters

Divorce and financial remedy (ancillary relief)

Children Act 1989 Section 8 applications

Advising on complex financial settlements

Conducting negotiations and representing clients in proceedings

Ensuring compliance with SQM standards

Accurate file management, record keeping, and reporting

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate

Minimum 10 years PQE in Family Law

Extensive experience handling divorce and financial remedy cases

Strong background in Section 8 Children Act applications

Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain a client following

Excellent file management in line with SQM standards

We are recruiting a commercially driven Probate Solicitor Consultant with substantial expertise in wills, probate, estate administration, and trust law. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant solicitor looking to maximise earnings through a fee-sharing model while maintaining autonomy and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting simple and complex wills

Managing straightforward and high-value probate matters

Advising on and creating trusts

Estate valuation and administration

Handling Inheritance Tax (IHT) calculations and submissions

Trust administration and dispute resolution
