Debt recovery fees
The fees stated below are on the basis that the debt is undisputed. For disputed claims, please contact our team.

Hourly rate of £365/hour. The service provided covers sending a Pre-Action Letter; complying with the Civil Procedure Rules, and if it is then necessary, issuing proceedings online for the Court to serve (the court fee is 4.5% of the sum claimed); entering Judgment in default; and instructing bailiffs.

Debts up to £10,000. Capped at a maximum of £750+VAT

Debts of between £10,000 and £50,000. Capped at a maximum of £2,250+VAT

Debts of between £50,000 and £100,000. Capped at a maximum of £3,500+VAT.
