We are committed to resolving issues and complaints in a prompt, professional manner. Please note that the following will be excluded from our complaints procedure:

The firm is seeking an order restraining the client from committing an act or compelling the client to do an act

A judgment award for a liquid sum where there is no arguable defence

The enforcement of an agreement, order or award.
Charges and fees
Fees will vary depending on the services provided and cover:

Attending meetings, negotiations, and court hearings, plus travel time;

Reading, writing and working on documents;

Making and responding to telephone calls, emails, faxes and letters;

Preparation of fee estimates, schedules and bills

Any required overtime (if instructed). This may be charged at a higher rate.

Any other acts or services required to complete your case
We aim to provide an accurate estimate, but please note that your final bill may change. Fees are reviewed on the 1st of May each year, and any changes which affect your matter will be sent to you in writing.
We may charge you interest on unpaid bills at a rate of 8% per year from one month after the delivery of our bill.
