Our fees
For simple divorce cases (no disputes over childcare, property, etc.), we charge £1,000+ plus VAT, plus a £550 court issue fee.
For other cases – including Section 8 Orders - we charge on a time basis at £365 per hour for preparing your case and representing you at all the court hearings, with the assistance of a barrister where required (which is billed separately). In addition, we charge on a pro rata basis of 10% per telephone call, text message, WhatsApp message and email (in and out).
