Mr Malcolm is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). He is a registered intermediary with the Football Association (FA) and is fully-qualified to deal with football contract negotiations. His legal specialisms include:
  • Criminal law
  • Family law - including divorce, contact applications, financial disputes following break ups.
  • Will drafting for estates below £325,000.
  • Probate- Assisting in applying for the grant of probate and letters of administration. General Inheritance Tax advise regarding reducing the taxable estate.
  • Sports law- We will be setting up a Malcolm & Co Solicitors LLP Sports Management Department to make sure that Footballers can get good quality legal advice. Our Motto is "YOU GET WHAT YOU NEGOTIATE".
