Immigration Law Fees and Charges

These charges include our attendance with the clients as well as the preparation and submission of immigration applications.
1. The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider

2. Which language(s) you speak

3. Whether you are applying with other dependants

Our work will involve:

Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;

1. Giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.

2. If you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how.

3. Considering the supporting evidence, you have provided

4. Where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses.

5. Preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf.

6. Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

On occasions, there may be factors that affect the cost of an immigration matter, such as whether it is a first-time applicant or extension, or there are multiple dependents (e.g. several children), the language of the client, the number of supporting documents or witnesses, possible attendance at a Home Office interview, and whether it is a fast tracked / premium application.

The Solicitor will advise you before undertaking any work if the charges should be revised taking into the above.

All our charges exclude VAT charged at 20%. This will be added to our charges

OUR FIXED FEE APPLICATIONS

We are able to charge fixed fees for the following application: The costs quoted here do not include:

1. Any Home Office/UKVI fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office/UKVI directly as part of the application process. These fees vary and can be found on the UKBA/UKVI website.

2. Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal.

3. Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.

4. If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

5. Disbursements/costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as couriers. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.

Professional and Friendly
"I recently had a housing problem and was recommended to this firm by a friend. I found that they were quick to identify the issues at hand and put my fears at ease. They were also able to explain things in a transparent manner without all of the legal terminology. Their fees were quite reasonable and due to the overall service I received I am also thinking of using them to again to prepare a will."
